职位描述：
Strategic Sourcing Manager - EMS

Job Responsibilities:
- Supplier and commodity data analysis and preventive activities based on market trends manage the local commodity of each project to improve product cost and drive localization plan.
- Manage supplier base to support Site Business Units the selection of suppliers, price negotiation, new product and samples development.
-Support NPI team the quotation process effectively in identification of best purchasing mix.
-Structure negotiation plan periodically to achieve the company’s cost reduction target.
-Perform benchmarking and cost analysis in awareness of the market trend to preserve the right purchasing decision.
-Maintain good working relationship in between suppliers and operation to manage all kinds of purchasing requirement.
-Mechanical focus on commodities of machining, stamping, casting, molding, tooling and surface finishing.
- Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) & able to bring solutions to technical problems.
-Manage Supplier Performance Rating (SPR) and follow suppliers contract negotiation.

Job Requirements:
-Degree holder in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain Mgt related relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years’ experience in EMS industry, in which having exposure in relevant industrial commodities/ working with MNC/ sizable corporations in electronics industry is an asset
-Mechanical background with knowledge on design and manufacturing processes
-Excellent time management, negotiation and problem solving skills
-Excellent communication skill and good team player
-Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-Frequent travel is required
