职位描述：
In this role, you have the opportunity to
？ Provide technical support for injection molding, and work with related department to resolve the daily production technical problems, and ensure production running smoothly, take lead for the continuous improvement activities for productivity, process and product quality improvement

You are responsible for
？ Be responsible for the coordination, following up, analysis and evaluating the issues which occurs in injection molding process production including production molds, machines and equipment;
？ Take lead as a cross functional team leader to implement problem solving technique to resolve the injection molding process production issues for assigned projects;
？ Be responsible for the coordination, following up the production mold trial and IQ, OQ, PQ, Risk build for production molds, machines and equipment;
？ Participate in the new project development phase at the OQ PQ stage to start learning the new molding process to prepare for handover to production
？ Be responsible for engineering change (ECR) implementation, Operation Instructions, (WI, MSS OSS) preparation and update
？ Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing improvement activities, optimization of production processes, improve productivity and quality, optimize the workflow process, reduce no. of operators, automation implementation etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
1. Education: College degree or above, Major in Plastic or Manufacturing or Mechanical engineering; Bachelor degree in polymer Materials/Engineering is preferred.
2. Experience: 5 years+ experience in injection molding, experience in MNCs is a preferred (Junior candidate with around 3+yrs acceptable if high potential)
3. Competency and Skills
？ Good communication and presentation skill(Reading and writing in English is necessary), CTE 4 English level,
？ Can work under pressure;
？ Strong in trouble shooting and problem problem for Injection process related issue.
？ Active attitude & motivation and self discipline;
