职位描述：
? In-charge of Induction Program including New Hire Orientation.
? Manage the company-wide Training Plan and work with HODs to develop programs and initiatives based on the competency and career development requirements for staffs.
? Identify and recommend Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by continuous communication with HODs.
? Attend to course enquiries, registration, confirmations and funding applications.
? Attend to logistics arrangement and/or necessary resources when require.
? Follow up on pre and post evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
? Handle all training and development activities and assessment to improve program effectiveness.
? Assist HR Manager to plan for career progression for staff and Talent Management.
? Assist HR Manager in Recruitment and Selection, local job fairs, local and overseas recruitment event(s) setup and coordination.
? In-charge of administration duties and basic finance job. 举报 分享
