主要工作职责：
？ 配合产品经理完善和执行产品计划、市场活动等，以配合牛津大学出版社各类产品在中国地区的推广需求。
？ 创作、修改、完善产品和市场文案，以达成***宣传效果。
？ 计划、执行市场调研，收集分析教育行业信息。
？ 保持和英国及全球各发行中心的日常联系，以获取相关资料和产品信息。
？ 协助管理实习生团队。

要求：
？ 大学本科及以上学历，教育或英语或出版相关专业更佳
？ 良好的英语和中文写作水平
？ 拥有良好的自我管理能力、沟通能力和高度责任心
？ 0-2年工作经验，熟悉中国的教育行业或拥有教学经验更加
？ 具备良好的MS软件使用的技能，如会使用Adobe系列软件更佳


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

Work with the Product Marketing Manager and Assistant Product Manager to initiate suitable and effective product plans, marketing campaigns to support ERS, BD and GBD team to achieve budget.

Generate Marketing Content to support marketing campaigns and product promotional materials.

Work with Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute Marketing research, product analysis and impact studies to formulate a full understanding of the industry and reference for product strategy.

Maintain publicity stock and liaison with UK ELT, Oxed and other branches overseas to update product and promotional materials.

Be responsible for intern team management.

Assist to execute product strategies and analysis products to increase adaptation of imported products.

Support Marketing colleagues in order to promote and sell OUP brand.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor Degree level education or above
? Exceptional translation skills and a high level of literacy with strong copywriting skills
? A highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and build rapport with colleagues around the business
? Working experience in product marketing especially in education or the publishing field are preferred.
? Knowledge of the ELT and educational market in Mainland China
? Strengths in analytics and critical thinking
? Computer literacy including a good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
? Understanding in photographic and layout design, basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Indesign preferred
