Responsibilities:
1. Support purchase order flow supervision of delivery dates
2. Issue all International Commercial Invoices and proforma’s for Direct Shipment customers like Target and PBK
3. Reviews and follows all compliance guides for Direct Shipment customers like Target and PBK.
4. Reviews all weekly shipping schedules for any shipping delays and communicates to US office
5. Provides quarterly reports for vendor variances regarding promise ship dates and actual.
6. Signs and reviews all order confirmations with supplier once Purchase order dates have been confirmed
7. Interface with China team and US team to resolve delivery issues and improve processes.
8. Coordinate teams to ensure on time delivery.
9. Monitor vendors’ incoming material / production capacity. Proactively expedite shortages by identifying issues and internal problems.
Requirement:
1. At least 10years experience in Supply Chain.
2. Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or other majors
3. Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities.
4. Familiarity with a manufacturing environment with an understanding of demand / production / Supply Chain / logistics planning.
5. Good knowledge of MRP / ERP / SAP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office and data management for creating reports, consolidating data, reporting trends, collecting and reporting overall sourcing reports and supplier performance.
6. Possess good working attitudes, attention to details, be result-oriented, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
7. Good command of written and spoken English.
