岗位职责：
1.Managing Quality Systems / Audits and ISO complianc;
2.Driving key quality metrics and targets;
3.Managing and controlling product and production ;
4.Supporting the Sourcing Team in managing product and material quality;
5.To set direction for the maintenance and upgrading of QA staff's performance in accordance with the company's objectives and policies;
6.To set quality standards for various in-process and final products for implementation and compliance;
7.Identify and analyse quality problems and implement steps to resolve them;
8.Ensure that corrective actions taken are adequate, analyse quality records for adverse trends ;
9.Ensure that internal quality audits and management reviews are performed.;
10.verification of product quality;
11.Ensure that the Quality Management System is effectively implemented and maintained;
12.To provide technical advice on quality issues ;
13.Report Quality performance trends to the management team including major issues which could affect business performance.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, 10 years work experience in mess production EMS company;
Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the quality assurance function;
2. Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written media;
3. Able to lead and coach Quality Assurance personnel to enable them to be more independent and take ownership of their efforts;
4.You should ideally have strong technical knowledge in electronics and an exposure to Wireless/Mobile technologies;
5.Strong background in ISO and TS16949 systems and process is essential. You must be a hands on individual and
a motivated self starter that can drive processes and deliver your duties with little or no supervision;
6.Must be a good communicator across all levels of business and have an excellent command of English and Mandarin;
7.Be familiar with HMLV production environment is plus.
