职位描述：
General Overview:
Reporting to the Quality Excellence & Compliance Manager (APAC), QMS Mgr. interfaces with Global Quality Excellence team in order to drive Quality Management System implementation within APAC area. Responsible for the quality system design and work in collaboration with US team and internal APAC Quality team to author written business processes like new product development, supplier management, change management, training, CAPA, process control(CI), and document control etc. Integrating QMS elements with process discipline to deliver world class quality.


Tasks & Responsibilities
? Attend QMS conference call meeting and follow up on actions required.
? Work with US team/APAC Quality team to develop and deliver a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for APAC, based on ISO 9001:2015 standard
? Perform internal audit like PPAP audit including documents effectiveness audit, supplier processes audit, in order to identify the opportunities for improvements
? Manage APAC quality document SharePoint
? Support QMS audit

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree
? Engineering
? 10+ years working experiecne in Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9000:2015 standard in manufacturing operations including direct experience in documentation control
? Thorough understanding and practical experience in deploying ISO 9000:2015 standard
? ISO9000 auditor
? PPAP/FMEA/Control plan/MSA/Error-proofing
? Experience with cross functional disciplines and multi culture team based environment
? Demonstrated ability to perform long-term project planning, team building, and cross discipline leadership
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
? 6Sigma GB/BB
? Travel in Asia – up to 40%
