职位描述
工作内容:
协助行政部经理完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作，进行日常行政工作的组织与管理；
参与公司绩效管理、考勤等工作；
履行办公日常职责，如办公用品采买、管理和分发，维护记录管理系统和执行基本的簿记工作等；
各项规章制度监督与执行；
负责分公司备用金的保管工作，审核报销凭证并及时准确支付各项款项；
负责现金、银行存款日记账的登记及与总账的核对工作，保证账账相符、账实相符；
负责银行及企业内部银行的日常业务处理
协助行政部经理进行内务、安全管理，为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务；
做好材料收集、档案管理、文书起草、公文制定、文件收发等工作；
协助办理面试接待、会议、培训、公司集体活动组织与安排，节假日慰问等；
办理各种行政事务和手续，比如填报报表、公司年检、复印打印等；
其他财务行政工作。
任职资格:
教育背景:
◆行政管理或财务相关专业大专以上学历
培训经历:
◆受过行政管理、公共关系、文书写作、档案管理、财务知识等方面的培训
经 验:
◆1年以上财务或行政管理相关工作经验
技能技巧:
◆具有较强的时间管理能力
◆优秀的外联和公关能力，具备解决突发事件的能力
◆熟练使用操作办公自动化软件，如WORD、EXCEL、PPT
态度:
◆工作细致认真，谨慎细心，责任心强
◆具有很强的人际沟通、协调能力，团队意识强
