Duties & Responsibilities


l Do on-site observation for customer, understand the customer voice and reporting

l Discuss quality inspection flow chart, inspection criteria and setup procedure together with customer at project stage.

l Evaluate manpower and equipments in accordance with customer's project needed.

l Implement the WQS system per the request of individual customers.

l Transfer customer specification, to deploy inspection plan and define key inspection point in WQS system

l Coordinate to prepare the necessary documents for quality assurance & qualification

l Measurement / testing plan preparation if necessary.

l Coordinate all necessary technical training

l Training to IQC

l Perform process and product audit to assure the defined instruction have been implement

l Follow up all quality issues (both internal and external) in the project pilot period time.

l Set up and maintain policies and procedures in accordance with directives from manager.

l Interpret the voice of the customer and implement customer feedback into project

l Travel within China to launch new projects

l Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.



Requirements & Competencies


l Must have effective oral and written communication skills

l Quality/technical experience and knowledge essential

l Working knowledge of various types of inspection

l Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and various associated specifications and standards.

l CMM programming experience

l Strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance background.

l Ability to work in a team environment

l Training experience essential

l Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines

l Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills

l Familiarity with supply chain systems and tools

l Minimum 4 years' quality management and control, experience in painting will be preferred.

l >2 years working in manufacturing processes and/or assembly.

l Good at quality system, quality planning, decision making, QC tools.

l Good interpersonal and communication skills.

l An individual who is responsible and committed.

l Hardworking, teamwork, initiative and positive

l Proficient with PC windows system and Microsoft products, Outlook, Excel, Word...

l Willing to travel within China
