职位描述：
1. Collect and check all staff's monthly attendance & Leave record
2. Make monthly staff's social benefit & housing found pay out
3. Coordinate for staff's commercial insurance, annual health check and other related programm
4. Follow the staff On-boarding, termination, probation review, contract renew and other transaction process
5. Support Interaction team for Store Promoter's Recruiting & Training
6. Maintain and update all the HRIS system data
7. Make staff's Shanghai residence permit, Hukou, retirement and other related process
