Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively work with Supply Chain colleagues to establish & maintain SCM related database
Actively work with Suppliers to measure and conduct root cause analysis on lead time and supply reliability performance to improve SCM performance
You generate all weekly and monthly SCM reporting to support LED Lamps Operations, LED Lamps Management Team and external reporting towards suppliers.
You conduct ad-hoc data mining and conduct analysis
You use insights from initiatives to lead improvement projects

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or above; Business Management or Supply Chain related major
Min. 5 years’ experience in Analyst function
System proficiency in both MS Excel and SAP / Helios BI.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze data and supply chain
Strong communication & presentation skills
Ability to influence Key stakeholders through the organization
Positive mindset and attitude with regard to pressure and challenge.
English communication both oral and written
