职位描述：
Purpose of Role
To support the Sales team to grow sales volume, brand share and profitability by providing data consolidation and analysis

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

1. Work closely with Finance team on providing the reports of
FTT payment and tracking
Pre-M&E
Contract management
OTIS system management

2. Work closely with Sales ops team on providing the reports of
Rolling forecast
SMR reports and differentiation analysis
Order management
QR code
SFA visiting plan
TNT reports
SIP raw data consolidation
Prepare the data and analyst for the draft BPM deck
Key contact to the distributors as the customer service
Tracking FTT with distributors
Solve and handle issues with distributors

4. Other cross-functional projects

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Great communication skills and able to seek to understand first then to be understood
- Quick learner and have proven record to pick up a new skill in a short period of time
- Self-motivated and persistent in get things done
- Data-driven and have the ability to transfer data to information and to knowledge
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Barriers to Success in Role
Inability to make a sound business analysis due to lack of enough data
Limited face-to-face communications with key customers and will heavily rely on email, IM and phone call
