DHL has created one of the most advanced logistic networks in the world. The services are built around DHL’s World Class capability and customer services. We are currently seeking Sales Representative to join our eCommerce Solutions team in Shenzhen, Guangzhou.

  

 

  

The incumbent will help to drive revenue from a geographically assigned sales territory (or business portfolio). Your responsibilities will include serving and targeting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will process both a sales and business background that enable them to successfully manage outbound logistics as well as experience interacting with cross-border business and merchants in South China. He/She should also be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast environment and with cross functional teams.

  

 

  

This role will challenge the successful candidate, but not limited to:

  

  • Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling and customer visits in assigned territory;

  • Create and Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists; achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities; work closely with other team/field sales to grow revenue in assigned territory; ensure individual agreed sales plan is achieved;

    

  • Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business;

  • Analyze and monitor customer data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends so as to decide on the relevant actions to be taken;

    

 

  

 

  

Desired Skills/Experience

  

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in cross-border B to C business. Sales & marketing experience will be a plus;

  • Superior oral and written communication/presentation skills in Mandarin and in English with an innate attention to detail;

  • Proven track record in winning new business while meeting deadlines and budgets;

  • Bachelor Degree required;

  • Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results;

  • Spoken language from the region will be a plus;

  • Analytical skills using Excel/PowerPoint would be a plus;
