Responsibilities:
1. Offer to SEA distributors/customers with pricing and quotation including South East Asia, India, Taiwan, HK and Japan.
2. Technical selection based on customer provided working condition, models, description, previous order, etc.
3. Contact with overseas windows or local marketing Product Manager for technical, ICO, lead time, sales lead follow up, etc.
4. Cross functionally work with Legal, Finance for DD and new customer setting process.
5. Support sales for bidding documents filling and submission.
6. Sales statistics overview in every Thursday meeting. Finished and Open order review for monthly target fulfillment. Risk and Opportunity analysis.
7. Support to coordinate with after-sales team to handle customer complaint related to quality issues.
8. Sales lead and follow up from customer service mail box to SEA distributors.
9. Any other duties as required for SG office business.
Qualifications:
1. College degree above in business related majors;
2. Experience in customer service/order handling/management;
3. Team player and customer-oriented;
4. Good communication & cooperation skills;
5. Fluency in English (written & oral);
6. Proficiency in MS Office and QAD or other ERP system.
