职位描述:
1. 领导和管理公司运营服务团队，为客户提供7x24小时的热线支持服务，和运营支持服务；
2. 优化改进运营服务流程，提供满足高于行业平均水平的SLA的服务质量；
3. 管理客户数据库，包括客户BOM，联系人，SLA，合同基本信息等。保证信息的准确有效；
4. 受理客户的故障申告和技术咨询，并配合服务经理分派合适的工程师或第三方资源。
5. 负责客户满意度调查，并负责对调查结果进行跟踪。
6. 协助支持公司的项目管理。
7. 协助支持工程师的日常工时管理。

任职需求：
1、具备2年以上企业服务SAAS平台的运营管理经验；
2、对SAAS平台运营流程、管理和考核方式、管理工具平台等有深入的了解和认识；
3、具备互联网B2B2C平台运营经验的优先；
4、具有服务迭代和创新的能力；
5、具有数据管理和分析能力的优先；
