岗位职责
1、改进生产工艺、生产环境、提高产量、降低生产成本。

任职资格
1、管理类或LED相关专业专科以上学历；
2、年龄30岁以上；
3、5年以上LED照明制造企业工作经验，同职工作经验三年以上
4、熟悉电子产品生产流程，最好是LED灯具产品的生产流程
5、拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理方面的经验
6、具备良好的计划能力、指导能力、协调能力有较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力
7、具备全面的精益生产理念和丰富的精益生产实践经验；
