Position Summary:
Responsible for all HR functions covering Recruitment, compensation, employee relationship, general welfare and administration / legal labor law compliance and overall HR support. Support HR director to deliver on global/APAC regional initiatives.
To take responsibilities for the administrative management in Shenzhen plant. The administrator reports to this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Plan, develop, implement compensation, benefits, perquisite systems and conditions of service to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
2 Assess needs, develop, implement and evaluate programs for employees and management development; provide initiative support for employees career development and retention;
3 Develop a positive organization culture for the company to be perceived as an 'Employer of Choice' both internally and externally by encouraging employees to take responsibility in order to maximize productivity, teamwork and their individual effectiveness.
4 Sustain a professional HR image that is staffed with profession and skills that will respond to the business's growth and changes whilst balancing local practices and keeping in line with regional and country guidelines.
5 Improve the effectiveness of organization systems, structures and processes that leads to better manpower planning, headcount deployment and utilization, maximization of productivity and resource allocation.
6 Build and maintain effective local employee communication activities or programs and use vehicles that bring about a 'zero layer' communication outcome.
7 Provide advice to local management team on all HR related issues, as well as contribute to the development of the Group's long term business plans and local HR policies.
8 Ensure that HR activities are conducted in a manner which is legally defensible and employees are treated fairly and consistently.
9 Maintain sound relations with Government bodies and develop a strong partnership towards improving the organization, business results as a whole.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1、Must have at least 5 years experience with multinational manufacture company.
2、Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, administration, Engineering,
etc or equivalent.
3、Ability in both written and spoken English.
4、Honesty, hardworking with good communication ability.
5、Approachable, excellent networking skills and demonstrated success in
contributing to growth of business.
6、Results driven, energetic, resourceful and capable of working.
7、Good business sense/acumen.
