职位描述（Job Description）：

1. In charge of department all adm. work;
负责售后服务部的一切行政工作；
2. In charge of department employees’ business trip support work and follow up;
负责售后服务部工程师的行程安排及统计
3. Responsible for the machinery guarantee application;
负责售后部机械的保修申请
4. Deal with the customer’s claim and feedback;
负责客户投诉处理及反馈
5. Assist in After-sales service fee settlement;
协助售后部服务费结算
6. Collect customer and relevant market information, establish and manager the database;
收集客户及相关市场资料，建立和管理部门档案和客户信息数据库
7. Other work instructed by department manager
其它上级领导安排的工作

职位要求(Job Requirement)：

1.College degree or above；customer reception and service work experience is preferred;
大专以上学历，有客户接待和服务经验者优先
2. Strong strain, communication and coordination ability to handle urgent problem independently;
应变、沟通、协调能力强，能独立处理紧急问题
3. Strong service conscious, patient and conscientious during the work;
服务意识强、有耐心和责任心、工作积极主动
4.1-3 years working experience is preferred；
1至3年相关工作经验更佳
5.Good English (speaking and writing)
