职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Execute market plan for automotive OEM lighting products
2. Implement sales target and A/R collection
3. Collect and analyze market information
4. Provide technical support to customers by products and selling skills
5. Handle customer's complaints and claims
6. Maintaining and growing an existing account base by developing and implementing a specific growth plan for each account
7. Explore and foster new customers in Northern China region

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree Major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of automotive OEM lighting sales experience
3. Workable English communication skills
4. Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
5. Understands the market issues and trends
