职位描述：
岗位职责:

1. OHSAS 18001系统管理和维护。建立员工健康安全管理体系及政策；
2. 特殊设备操作及管理；
3. 管理及维护相关EHS流程文件；
4. 对公司内部活动进行风险评估及防范控制（JHA,FMEA,人体工程学）；
5. 供应商行为管理，从流程及风险方面进行管理，消除建筑物危险；
6. 与各部门协作，支持及帮助各部门更好的执行健康安全管理；
7. 组织EHS相关培训，尤其是新员工培训（消防、特殊设备等方向）；
8. 第一时间处理紧急安全事件；
9. 消防系统及档案管理，建筑规划图消防审核；
10. 处理EHS日常检查，并对检查异物跟进处理；
11. 其他事项。

1. OHSAS 18001 system management and maintenance. Set up employee health and safety related management system and policies based on internal and regulation/code;
2. Special equipment& Special equipment operator management;
3. To develop and update related EHS procedures;
4. Co-ordinate the risk assessment of the site activities, hazards identification, assessment and control(JHA, FMEA, ergonomics)
5. Contractor management, execute the process control and high risk work plan to eliminate the risk of construction activities;
6. Coordinate and support the department for improving their Safety and Health performances;
7. EHS training program, develop EHS training matrix(Fire and special facility), and conduct EHS related training to concerned employee, eg. Orientation for new employees and interns, specific training (Lock-Out Tag-Out, fire safety, machine safety, electricity training...)
8. Interface and co-operate with emergency and first aid organizations. Be responsible for the fire drill and emergency response team;
9. fire system management, fire archives management and layout change review
10. Contractor management, To carry out EHS routine inspection and follow up the findings
11. Other things required by managers.

任职资格:

1. 本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程等相关专业为佳；
2. 持有安全工程师证；
3. 3年以上跨国公司EHS工作经验为佳；
4. 熟悉EHS法律及规定；
5. 良好的英语口语及读写能力；
6. 良好的团队合作能力；
7. 良好的执行力和工作能力；
8. 能适应适当的工作压力。

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in safety engineering or environment is perfect;
2. Certified PRC safety engineer;
3. 3 years or above multinational company EHS working experience;
4. Familiar with relative EHS regulations and laws;
5. Good English skill, both verbally and in writing;
6. Good team worker with open mind;
7. Good executive ability and result orientation;
8. Works well under pressure.
