职位描述：
Job Summary

Manage plant operations including manufacturing, process engineering, Quality, material and planning. Review and solve operational issues, and achieve operation excellence at all aspects of quality, productivity as well as costing. Be overall responsible for the operations of Byrne Asia. Accountable for the business needs of capacity planning and deployment. Provide leadership, support, and coaching to the various operation functions. Communicate with personnel at all levels to ensure the smooth implementation of company’s strategy, rules and goals.

Job Responsibilities

1, Direct and prioritize the operational activities to achieve Operational Excellence and Business Goals.
2, Identify the key skill gaps and hence the training/hiring needs in the operations area. Work on recruitment programs and skill development for operations team.
3, Overall workshop management, including but not limit to safety, 5S, discipline, efficiency, waste elimination and trouble shooting.
4, Project management, make and review project plans with cross function team and carry out the completion and integration of key tasks within the assigned area as it relates to new and ongoing projects.
5, Develop and implement effective periodic repair and maintenance programs for all the equipment, tooling, jigs. Take control of spare parts. Ensure production running without unexpected shutdown.
6, Have production and material planning to make sure order fulfillment without shortage. Good supply chain management to achieve quality and cost competitive.
7, Short term and long term capacity planning and deployment.
8, Total quality management, assure compliance with all the requirements from internal, external audit.

General Requirements

1. Proficient in written and spoken English, good at writing and speaking Mandarin, and speaking Cantonese is preferred.
2. College degree or above in engineering/mechanics/ Science or other equivalent
3. More than 10 years working experience in plant, 5 years in plant management position.
4. Much of manufacturing experience, work in different position is preferred.
5. Good experience to implement MRP system or participate the initial implementation of MRP.
6. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, FMEA, 5S, ISO.
7. Knowledge in import& export, overseas logistics.
8. Good leadership and result orientated.
9. Good decision making and trouble shooting.
10. Proactive and passion for operations improvement.
11. Good communication skill and team player.

Physical Requirements (lifting, standing, walking, etc)

Energy and ability to walk at workshop frequently.
