职位描述：
Mission:
Product Technical Engineer is accountable for the deliverables of R&D due to ensure the success of the project.
He is responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of R&D activities, with support of his/her (N+1) and “metiers”.
Product Technical Engineer is empowered by R&D Manager to manage his/her Contributors.
Responsibility:
Deliverables:
Apply the specific PDP(Product Development Process) of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)
In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets
Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications
Call for all necessary design reviews
Represent the R&D function at the customer
Interface with the customer with the support of his/her (N+1) for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs
Report and escalate to his project manager or R&D manager as needed
 
Detailed scheduling and budgeting
Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
Establish with support of “metiers” detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones
Follow activities of his scope to meet his allowed budget
 
Management of the contributors
Daily management of activities made by all R&D contributors, dedicated or not
Assign to them the work packages needed
Regular review with his/her R&D manager or Product Manager and the Metier Department Managers to check alignment between needs and availabilities

Requirement:
Prefessional Experience:(1&2&4&5&6: mandatory,7&8&9 optional)
1.5 years or above experience in display product industry
2.At least 3 years product development designer experienceTFT/LCD Technology
3.TFT/LCD structureTFT/LCD DriveTFT/LCD processTFT/LCD Trend:OLED/Curve...Performance and indicatorAR/AR/AF/Optical bonding
4. Touch Panel Technology：Capacitive tech and usage
5.Display product experience
Entertainment
Or navigation
Or Centrol display
Or E mirror
Or Vehicle display relative product
6. Optical knowledge:
7. Expereience in Vehicle or Vehicle component industry will be considered as priority, Consumer electrical industry will also be considered.
8.Experience in Project management will be considered as priority.
9.Experience of leading team will be considered as priority(organize Hardware engineer ,System engineer,Mechanical engineer,Software engineer to finish project development.)
 
Professional Knowledge:
