职位描述：
? Provide cost saving solution but alternative for high volume project, maintenance the alternative database .
通过物料替代，提供成本节约方案，维护替代料数椐库。
? Review current high volume project’s bom, provide expertise suggestion for the commodity cost optimization base on Embest priority supplier pool.
分析量产产品BOM，根据英蓓特供应商优选库提供物料成本优化建议。
? New component introduction, sample qualification, component release, internal ERP# establishment, maintenance the material datasheet in the database.
负责新电子元件介绍、打样认可、元件发布，建内部的ERP号，物料规格书维护到数据库中。
? Support SA/Sales to covert and review quotation bom, support engineering project engineer on the new bom establish relate to the commodity issue.
支持销售和项目经理转化报价BOM，协助工程部项目工程师处理新项目建BOM时相关的物料问题。
? Coordination with electronics engineer and sourcing engineer to resolve components technical and quality issues.
协调电子工程师和采购工程师来解决元件技术上及质量方面的问题。
? Participation on new component evaluation, qualification and improvement during sample/prototyping period.
参与新组件评估、认可和在样品/原型阶段的改进
? Component alternative verification, qualification and suggestion based on quality, supply chain capacity and cost effective.
认可替代元件，并在质量，供应链能力和成本有效性上给出建议。
? BOM check and review after create in ERP, control the project file from engineering PE team to DCC.
审核ERP系统新建BOM，把从对应的项目工程师得到的文件后进行受控管理。
? To review ECR and follow up the new material verification & validation process and release the ECN to DCC for implementation.
跟进物料变更申请单和新物料的验证，并且发布ECN到文控中心进行受控。
? Surfing and introduction new process and technology to other team for quick response with the new technology tendency and changes.
介绍新工艺技术给其他部门同事，对新技术的趋势和变化能做出快速的反应。
? Training commodity engineer to have capability relate to the commodity alternative.
培训物料工程师，使得他们有物料替代相关的知识和技能。

任职资格：

? Strong communication ability, work carefully, serious and responsible

? The development of new materials and K3 system maintenance

? Massive components information handling both in mind and system

? Skilled in English both reading and writing.

? Familiar with all kinds of electronic components parameters and basic applications, to be able to read the BOM and schematic diagram, R&D procurement or electronic engineer experience is preferred

? Essential knowledge both in R&D schematic and manufacturing workmanship
有研发的原理图和制造工艺方面的基本知识

? Majority in electronics or computer science

? Above three years’ experience
5年以上的工作经验
? Familiar with the supply channel of electronic components

? Familiar with both semi-conductor, PCB and EMS industries
