Job Description:

-Confirm shipment on board on vessel sailing date.

-Check MBL draft with carrier / booking agent, prepare HBL draft and issue original one once confirmed by supplier.

-Issue local invoice to supplier for payment, and ensure COD (Cash on Delivery) policy is abided by strictly.

-Send pre-alert and related shipping documents to overseas colleagues by due date.

-Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.

-Ensure file is handed over to supervisor for close by due date.

-Other tasks assigned by manager

-确认装船与开船日期；

-检查与运输公司/订舱代理的MBL草案，与供应商确认并准备HBL的起草和发送；

-向供应商开具发票，确保严格遵守货到付款政策；

-及时提醒海外同事并发送相关的船运文件；

-确保操作系统中输入的数据完整正确；

-确保文件准时交给主管；

-经理安排的其他工作。

 

Qualification:

-Good English in reading and writing, CET4 is preferable, familiar with MS office application,

-Active, customer self-oriented and good communication skills.

-College graduate, major in related is preferable.

-Patient, high responsibility attitude, good learning ability, can be work independently under pressure, strong team spirit.

-良好的英语读写能力，大学英语四级优先，熟悉使用MS办公软件；

-积极主动，性格开朗，良好的沟通能力；

-大专以上学历，相关专业优先考虑；

-耐心，责任心强，学习能力强，能独立工作，抗压能力强，有较强的团队合作精神。
