职位描述：

Mission of the position

Ensuring support to company’s travellers by booking flights, trains tickets, hotels and cars.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle in-house travel applications for the region including flight reservations and hotel bookings
• Booking directly, or through appointed web travel agency, flights tickets, hotels reservation, trains tickets and any further booking required by company’s employees for working purpose
• Work closely with travel agencies, airlines and hotels, and review their services regularly
• Ensuring the best option available while constantly looking for cost saving and the respect of company’s policies
• Negotiating with air flight companies and hotels corporate and favorable rates
• Update travel budget and expenses and prepare relevant reports for analysis
• Work closely with travel agencies, airlines and hotels, and review their service regularly
• Supporting CFO in developing a platform, powered by web agency, to allow some frequent traveler to manage directly their booking

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• 2-3 years travel experience is preferred, with in-house travel arrangement experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS office application
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently
• Good in written and spoken English, Chinese
