We develop software to draw spaces in 2D and 3D for leading companies within commercial furniture, kitchen and bath, material handling, industry and laboratory. In the background, prices and configurations are automatically calculated. We are a global company with customers in 10 countries and users in more than 50. Our headquarters is in Linkoping, Sweden, with three wholly owned subsidaries in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and now in Shenzhen, China. We are soon 150 people and starting our expansion in China.

Who we are looking for
Title:
Training and Support/ QA Specialist

Location:
Futian Qu, near Xiasha metro station, Shenzhen

We do not expect you to know everything about hardware, software and networking. We have a skilled team that is more than willing to teach and help you out. The most important thing is interest, willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility. In fact, we will send you over to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 2 weeks to a month for training!

Skills and Requirements
Responsibilities Support:

• The Support desk functions includes answering phone calls, e-mails and chats from users who have questions or issues using the program.
• Focus on customer service, speed and responsiveness.
• Collaboration with teams from Europe and North America.
• Contribute toward continuous improvement of the software and processes.

Responsibilities IT Support:

• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting assistance, to issue such as malfunctions and program problems
• Set up new computers
• Upgrade existing computers (replace HDD, upgrade RAM, change graphics card, etc.)
• IT setup for career fairs, exhibitions, etc.
• Work together with our IT team in Sweden on networking issues etc.

Responsibilities Quality Assurance:

• Quality assurance of graphical design system modules (CET Designer) by manual testing and usage of various tools, and deliver reports detailing the results of test activities.
• Develop test plans based upon software requirements.
• Work with development team to analyze and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with teams from South East Asia, Europe and North America.
• Contribute toward continuous improvement of the software and processes.

Requirements (Skills):

• Has strong interest of computer systems and software (e.g. troubleshooting graphic drivers and operating systems related issues).
• Space planning and interior design skills with CET Designer or programs like AutoCAD, Pcon, CAP, ProjectMatrix or similar)
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Positive customer service focus with attention to detail.
• Meticulous, systematic and well organized individual.
• Strong team focus, flexible and able to mutli-task.
• Team-oriented attitude, willingness to be flexible and proactive.

Beneficial but not required:

• Experience from IT Support/Customer service.
• Experience in agile development process such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Interest in user interface, user experience.
• Having prior QA experience in the software development industry.

Education:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computing and Software Systems, Computer Sciences, Design or equivalent.
