职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Familiar with molding machine & molding process; Have the hands-on experiment of operating with NISSEI molding machine (Japanese molding machine style);
2. Able to identify the molding process issue and provide the solution, improve molding process to meet the quality standards
3. Debugging and maintain the production equipment of wire harness & over molding, ensure daily production operation
4. Create and improve WI of over molding & wire harness, improve/optimize production process
5. Assist line leader to ensure production schedule and on time delivery
6. Implement 5S and safety management to ensure workplace safety “Zero loss time injury”
7. Provide follow-up and feed back to direct leader on timely manner


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Regular equipment and mold tool maintenance, and make corresponding data records
2. Deal with issues of molding machine & mold tool, automation equipment fault on-site; and timely reporting to leader, track and follow-up till problem is resolved
3. Assist the manufacturing engineer to repair mold tools and follow-up new project, responsible for acceptance of new equipment (molds, jig, including repair & modify)
4. Regular update/follow up spare parts inventory status to ensure the equipment/tooling running normally
5. Participate in Kaizen project as a team member, or other Project Team as required,
And perform related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. 3 - 5 years relative working experience over molding & wire harness
2. High school degree or above, good written and reading English, familiar with Microsoft Office, ability to identify the production drawings, good to have using AutoCad or SolidWork software experience
3. Good communication skill & team work, coordination skill
4. Familiar with mold tool structure and mold tool maintenance
5. Good to have 5S and lean production knowledge
