职位描述：

Position: Digital Process

Division: Program Digitalization China

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

• Design the process within the project and ensure the maximum automation and efficiency of the processes


• Align technical direction, architecture and best practices across Business and IT owners to ensure precise communication and stakeholder management


• Translate Business Requirements into an end-to-end Technical Solution and define technical requirements and individual work streams across various stakeholders


• Provide technical leadership on solution design and technology roadmaps, support systems analysis, systems and/or product validation and verification from a testing standpoint


• Drive strategic technical architecture, design and development leveraging current and emerging technologies; show proof of concept when necessary


• Work on full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through design, implementation and rollout


• Hands-on development of proof of concepts, and evaluate new technologies, analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to software requirements and hence, task specifications


• Produce regular reports and attend internal and external meetings to discuss both project and technical issues; setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions


• Drive strategic technical architecture, design and development leveraging current and emerging technologies; show proof of concept when necessary


• Able to lead internal and external technology community collaboration to experiment with technologies, and curate ideas that could be brought to market and scale


• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualification:

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.


• 15 years IT industry experience.


• 3 Years proven record of technical leadership experience


• 5-8 Years’ experience in infrastructure design, solution design, systems design and delivery


• 5-8 Years’ experience in architecting, designing, and implementing Data modeling, data warehouse, data stores and data marts


• 5-8 Years’ experience with setting organizational and project priorities and risk mitigation planning


• Ability to distill large amounts of information into succinct actionable and measurable steps


• Knowledge of Agile software development process, experience of scrum framework setup


• Deep understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
