Colliers International is recruiting for a We Chat Content Manager to create and lead content marketing for the China regional team. Working closely with the Asia Marcom team’s Senior Content Managerand collaborating with the Regional China Marcom leads, the WeChat Content Manager will produce and program campaigns as a core part of our digital model in China.

The role is responsible for refining and implementing a digital content strategy to maximise the reach and relevance of our high value insight and professional standing in China. They will be able to create, curate and programme content for the content management system and distribution platform in collaboration with Asia Marcom team members, research and business lines to engage external and internal audiences with written and creative assets.

The core skills and experience required, but not limited to:
- Minimum 5 years’ WeChat content experience in an agency or in-house role, with matrix relationships to multiple teams.
- A proven ability to lead one national content calendar and platform across the three China regional teams.
- A media, Marketing or Communications Degree or relevant qualifications.
- The ability to collaborate with immediate team members and Asia-wide stakeholders across functions.
- Be an influential advocate of content and programming in a B2B environment, ideally within professional services or consulting.
- An ability, both to manage multiple projects and deadlines and to be able to adjust when directions and priorities change at short notice.
- A skilled writer and editor, able to tailor content for platforms and audiences.
- Bilingual in both Mandarin and English is a necessity.
