职位描述：
一、工作职责Responsibility

1.1 NEV VCU HW design engineer, work on CAPSA NEV VCU HW design.
新能源整车控制单元，硬件设计工程师，负责CAPSA新能源汽车整车控制单元硬件设计；
1.2 Lead for VCU HW design: HW design solution choice and analysis; HW schematics design including interface design, CAN bus/Flexray design, MCU design; HW schematics function simulation; HW PCBA layout including RF layout, high speed digital signal layout, analog signal layout; HW Design validation & integration validation management,;HW ISO26262 safety concept design , safety plan design;
负责新能源整车控制单元硬件设计: 硬件设计方案选择与分析；硬件原理图设计，包括接口设计，CAN/Flexray设计，微控制器设计；硬件原理图功能仿真；硬件PCBA设计，包括射频布板，高速数字信号布板，模拟信号布板； 硬件设计验证与集成验证管理； 硬件ISO26262安全概念设计，安全计划设计；
1.3 Attend CAPSA PHEV manufacture admittance, take core activities on technic answer and on site audit;
参与CAPSA 插电式混合动力汽车生产准入，重点参与核心技术答辩与现场审核；
1.4 Attend CAPSA BEV product admittance audit;
参与CAPSA纯电动汽车的产品准入审核；
1.5 Follow and act for CAPSA NEV referenced requirements ;
跟进CAPSA 新能源相关的要求；

二、 任职资格Qualification
2.1 Bachelor degree minimum; 最低本科学历；
2.2 Minimum 3 years HW design experiences requested; 最少三年硬件设计开发经验；

长安标致雪铁龙初期投资84亿元人民币，建设年产20万辆汽车和20万台发动机的生产能力。未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地，目标是产销100万辆。
CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
