职位描述：
Development Engineer(Firmware Engineering)
Sector: Lighting
Location: Shenzhen

Purpose:
1. Develop and Implement the FW of LED lighting product and lighting system products to comply with international standards in short product development cycle and meet tight cost target. .
2. Communicate with HW & SW engineers for develop LED lighting product/system.
3. Support existing products include production, process all technical related responsibilities.
4. Effective communication with product development teams around the Globe.
Your responsibilities
1. Develop firmware components of LED lighting system and LED lighting product , according to product schedules/priorities set by Project Manager .
2. Communicate (both oral and written English; email and meeting/conference call) with other function teams (US and China) on product development.
3. Basic HW debugging is required .
4. Analyze root cause and provide fix for firmware issues.
5. Use software development tools and follow quality processes.
6. Occasional conference call with US at night time is required

We are looking for People with:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering related discipline.
2. Relevant development experience on MCU-based product platform.
3. Familiar with Firmware programming is required (eg:Visual Basic , C programming , Matlab etc..)
