Your Challenge:

Provide effective and efficient service delivery in IT Service Operations in the domain of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for several countries in the regional Asia / Pacific and Greater China. Work within a dynamic environment and manage activities in parallel with the different parties involved in the EDI customer on boarding process.

Your Responsibilities:

? Analyze our customer’s EDI requirements, translate them into specifications for our service delivery teams and set-up new EDI message flows yourself
? Conduct testing with our business teams and our customers/ local service providers in the geographical region Asia-Pacific and Greater China to ensure accurate configuration and development
? Solve EDI issues that appear in the existing EDI flows together with our local order desks and our virtual EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) support team

We are looking for a candidate with:

? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
? 3+ years of experience in a relevant IT service management & support function in the domain of EDI (e.g. first level support or EDI specialist)
? Expertise in the technical design of various EDI message types (format EDIFACT EANCOM: e.g. ORDERS, ORDER RESPONSE, SHIPMENT ADVICE, INVOIVE) and preferable knowledge of SAP PI /SAP PRO 7.5 and the related business processes (ERP SAP /module Sales & Distribution is preferred)
? A candidate with excellent analytical and communication skills and a precise way of working who delivers on commitments and drives operational excellence
? A team player in a global team being able to virtually deal with people from different cultural backgrounds
? A person with excellent English language skills verbally and in writing
? Expertise in Microsoft Office products
? Foundational level of ITIL & understanding of LEAN concept is preferred 举报 分享
