Key Role Accountability:
? Handle media relations and day-to-day media inquiries and briefings.
? Act as a proactive coordinator and manage internal communications with stakeholders among different AirAsia affiliates.
? Plan and execute PR event/activities to enhance brand reputations and awareness
? Create and translate document both in English and Chinese.
? Develop written materials, pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases, briefing books and presentations.
? Working with company spokespeople to prepare them for public speaking engagements, media interviews.
? Effectively utilize digital media to promote the brand, carry out effective work in case of crisis of public relations, and achieve the goal of brand construction.
? Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new travel writers and local media to ensure future exposure. Activities include calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
? Build and maintain relations with local tourism boards.
? Other assigned job by manager.
