Senior Accountant-Finance and Operation Department
Location
Shanghai
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Handle group/local reporting and coordinate month-end closing process, including handling expense payments and recording & reviewing accounting journals;
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including account reconciliations
- Review TB on a monthly basis, provide analysis of B/S and P/L, including variance explanation for important accounts and assist manager to explain reporting data;
- Ensure the compliance of internal controls and accounting policies;
- Coordinate external and internal audit;
- Manage monthly/annual tax related tasks
- Other ad-hoc task assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting, prior experience in GL function;
- Familiar with overseas payment will be a plus;
- Good analytical skills;
- Good inter-personal and communications skills and ability to work independently;
- Good command of English in reading and writing;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
