职位描述：
Principle Tasks:

1. Supplier Data management, Key role of Global-Supplier data maintenance
o Standard Material Supplier Creation in ADVA System (Pool4Tool)
o Cost Vendor, Forwarder Creation in SAP
o Supplier Master Data maintenance, Clean up, and management in ADVA System. (Pool4Tool？Agile PCM->SAP)
o Sourcing Responsibility Data base management
2. Price Data management, Key role of ADVA-price-Admin
o Sourcing Project Creation and Management for all direct negotiated Manufacturers.
o Price Change Order validation and approval.
o Price Admin support to SCM, SP Manager, OPS Data Admin in regarding price in Agile PCM and SAP.
o Supporting Price Creation for some product lines
3. Reports
o Cost Reduction Report (monthly)
o Price fill rate Report (monthly)
o New part creation review with strategic procurement (monthly)

Supplementary Tasks:
1. Close collaboration with Strategic Procurement, EMS management and SCM
2. Support of Agile PCM activities within ADVA globally
3. International collaboration with different ADVA sites

Customers (Internal & External)
1. Internal Customers: EMS management, SP, SCM, R&D, NPI, CFT, OPS Data admin
2. External Customers: CMs and Suppliers

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
1. Business-fluent English
2. University degree in statistics, computer science, or business administration
3. Very good analytical, conceptual, math and computer-literate skills
4. Very experienced in handling and setting up complex MS Excel files
5. Helpful to have experience in electronics Industry
6. 2~5 years of work experience

Success Criteria:
1. Willingness to work with various data for long time
2. Deal with a high volume of data and must with very good accuracy and meet strict deadlines
