Summary:
Manage and grow the sales of B2B and retailers by explore more new channels/customers to increase the sales revenue in China.
Responsibility:
- Meet sales target and KPI
- Manage and grow the sales of China region including B2B and retailers
- Identify & develop new accounts and strategies so as to meet yearly sales target.
- Closely monitor sales revenue of retails shops, B2B customers to find ways to promote and increase our brand awareness, also seeking cooperation opportunities with various partners.
- Liaise and work with customers for efficient process on ordering & delivery; sales forecast planning with customers.
- Efficient management of stock purchase to keep inventory at healthy level.
- Negotiate agreements and business contracts with partners & customers.
- To identify the needs of customers/market and work with product team to develop products to fit with the market.
Qualification:
(1) Education Qualification and Certification: University graduate major in business or marketing
(2) Work Experience: over 10 years in related business
(3) Knowledge and Skills: Excel, Powerpoint, word
(4) Competencies and Abilities: Aggressive, result-oriented, good problem solving skill, creative & strong business sense
(5) Other Requirements: Strong distribution network, customer resources & understand market structure & trade practice.
(6) Languages and Level: Fluent English & Putonghua
