Position Description
This position is required to perform responsibilities as defined in the PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION.
This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a Department.
An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties throughout the Department as assigned and/or as necessary. Depending upon the size of the responsible areas (i.e., hubs, offices, regions), an associate in this position will be expected to perform any of the following duties and accountabilities as necessary. In a smaller responsible area with smaller numbers of associates, the individual will be required to perform these responsibilities in a reduced capacity. QA and OPERATION SUPPORTS
Daily operations support
Knowledge sharing and support
Manage and own testing/QA, production release, and production management work across project delivery and application support
Quality testing & User Acceptance Test
Post Implementation Support
INFRASTRUCTURE and SECURITY
Support Global Sourcing infrastructure, network, security, and compliance
Support Hardware and Software
Network & Telecommunication
System Security & Compliance
Minimum Qualifications
ISD Life Cycle Methodology: Understand and able to apply ISDLC methodologies
Judgment: Demonstrate Professional Judgment - Identifies and applies sound, fact-based criteria in setting priorities and providing inputs for management to make decisions. Uses business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Probes and looks beyond symptoms to determine the root causes of problems and identify possible solutions.
Customer Centered: Meet Customer Needs – Support identification of requirements, expectations, and needs of Customers. Supports and aligns with initiatives, goals, and actions focused on improving Customer service. Addresses the concerns and issues of internal Customers. Provides Customer data, analyses, and insights to improve Customer-related decisions.

Seeks to gain information, best practices, and knowledge across functions, organizations, and locations to improve performance. Education University – 4-year degree/Bachelors in Computer Science, Information System/MIS, Business Administration, Engineering, Sourcing/Merchandising/Supply Chain or any related degree
