职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责手机品牌在海外某国的运营，根据公司总部年度销售策略，负责国家市场开拓、渠道建设、售后服务。对海外公司经营业绩负责（营业额与利润）。
2.根据公司品牌定位及推广策略，监督落实执行公司的产品，价格，渠道，广告与促销，售后策略。
3.开拓及管理代理商及经营商，负责产品销售预测、针对当地市场的产品规划。
4.管理驻海外团队，海外当地员工的招聘及管理。制定符合国家的选育用留政策。激发员工士气。
5.审核公司业务开展的相关合同，制度流程建设。
6.管理销售，市场，售后团队、财务、人力的日常工作。

任职资格：
1.大学专科及以上学历，通信，电子，市场营销，外语等相关专业。
2.良好的团队管理能力、具有经营意识、有进取精神，良好的职业素养。
3.英语听说读写流利，会日语、西语、法语、葡萄牙语等小语种任一语言者更佳；
4.有3年以上手机或电子产品海外销售经验，可以独立开发市场；
5.有海外市场、品牌、渠道背景,一线手机品牌销售管理经验优。 举报 分享
