职位描述：
该职位主要职责是处理产品的电子部件研发项目的客户要求，并就所有的电子部件和客户、供应商(日本，韩国，美国，中国等)沟通，偶尔需要出差。希望应聘者工科背景，电子行业经验，英文较好，有CQE从业经验。本公司将提供专业的培训，有竞争力的薪酬福利待遇，以及良好的职业发展机会。
岗位职责Job Descriptions:
? Manage and improve customer quality scorecards and expectation. On site customer visits to facilitate quality issue resolving and build up relationships with customers
管理，提升客户质量评分绩效和期望，现场拜访客户，协助解决质量问题，并与客户建立良好的关系　
? Responsible for customer complaint, drive investigation, analysis, corrective actions, preventive action and implement. 8D report review, submit and follow up, till to be accepted by customer.
负责客诉处理，推动问题的调查，分析，以及纠正措施，预防措施的落实，8D报告的评估，提交和跟进，直到客户接受。
? Responsible for customer requirement analysis, identify customer additional/special requirement, and transfer them to NPI/project team members.
负责客户需求分析，识别出客户的额外/特殊要求，并将这些要求传达到新产品导入/项目组成员
? As customer interface, support new products launches / transfers for different site, and change application submit.
作为客户接口，支持不同工厂间的新产品启动/转移，和变更申请的提交。
? Be responsible for communication with customer regarding any change topics.
就任何变更点问题负责与客户沟通。
? Cooperation with quality system to responsible for customer Audit.
与质量体系一起负责客户审核。
? Provide support to resolve supplier related issues affecting customer quality
为解决影响客户质量的供应商相关问题提供支持。
? Track internal data relative to customer management expectations, identify areas of risk and support improvement efforts
跟踪与客户管理期望相关的内部数据，识别风险区域并支持改进工作。

任职资格Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering/electronics, etc.
本科学历，工科/电子背景优先
? More than 5 years’ experience in customer quality or project quality support in automotive industry
5年以上汽车行业客户质量或项目质量支持经验
? Excellent English communication skills(CET 4 and above)and excellent problem solving skills.
良好的英语沟通技能（大学英语四级及以上）和问题解决能力
? Familiar with electronic product manufacture process and special process like soldering system etc.
熟悉电子产品的制造过程如像焊接系统等特殊过程
? Knowledge of ISO / IATF quality standards,　internal auditor’s certificate is perfect.
了解ISO/TS质量体系标准, 有内审员证最好
? Familiar with applying Lean & Six sigma, 8D and SCAR etc quality tools to analysis and resolve problem
能熟练运用精益方法,　六西格玛,　8D等质量工具分析和解决问题
? Know about APQP, CP, FMEA, MSA and PPAP etc knowledge
了解APQP,控制计划,　失效模式与效果分析,以及测量系统分析等知识
? Ability to contribute in a team environment, action oriented, strong drive for results, and good influencing skills
能够在团队环境中做出贡献，以行动为导向，对结果有强烈的驱动力和良好的影响力.
? Matured individual who is resourceful and independent as well as possess good problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
