职位描述：
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

? Strong knowledge of Jabil’s Finance process and reporting
? Good knowledge in SAP system and other financial system
? Strong knowledge in SOX compliance and some internal audit experience
? Ability to identify and prioritise process for improvement and drive for results
? Strong capabilities of industry and operational knowledge to identify risk and develop appropriate controls and SOD
? Having managerial courage to work with other functional team and Corporate team
? Strong and convincing communication skills and presentation skills
? Able to manage conflict
? Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills require

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work with Controller and Finance team to identify process improvement and execution of the identified process.
? Help to identify any process / policy matters with the plant Controller / Finance team and review with the Compliance team for changes and standardisation.
? Work with Controller / Finance team to eliminate manual reporting.
? Drive for continuous improvement in finance process and minimise manual reporting.
? Random audit of control evidence to ensure plant's full performance of controls.
? Continuously review and identify new risk and work with Director to design relevant controls to mitigate those risk in the changing business environment.
? Provide guidance and train plant's folks in SOX baseline controls.
? Yearly check on segregation of duties within the plant and other assigned JGP plants
? May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 举报 分享
