EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):

Education and Work Experience:
? College degree
? ≥5 years Supply Chain or Shipping or Logistics or Order Control
? ≥2 years Supply Chain & Shipping Logistics Management
? Work Experience with Multi National Corporation Desired but not required

Technical/Functional Competencies:
? Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain practices.
? Knowledge of international Shipping Management, ICON and MRP desired.
? Self motivated with the ability for independent issue identification and resolution.
? Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin skills required
? Proficient in the use of MS office applications and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)

Job SUMMARY: Co-ordinate with our selected suppliers to:
o Process orders
o Supplier onsite planning and training
o Shipping Process
o Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Compliance
o Update System Pricing
o Track Shipping
o Historical Order Data
o Improve processes
o Apply HHI Business priorities
o Supplier’s Marketing & SC Associate training, education and development
o International Order Processing
o Supplier Performance Improvement Plans / Execution
? Track, Manage & Report supplier fill-rate & lead-time performance updates to sourcing for scorecard.
? Attend Supply Chain process training as appropriate.
? Has responsibility for understanding HHI demand, supplier capacity and the resulting constraints to achieve high service levels to end customers. Work with Supplier and HHI resources to Place PO’s, track PO’s and PO deliveries.
? Ensures proactive communication, development and maintenance of supplier capacity management model, the consolidation of demand for the supplier, inputting the demand into the capacity model, interpreting results and providing direction to minimize constraints.
? Expedite PO’s and monitor delivery to expedited schedule.
? Proactively works with suppliers and team to resolve material/production constraints to prevent impact on customer service levels.
? Ensures proactive communication of forecast and demand variation to suppliers and sub-tier suppliers.
? Ensures data accuracy maintenance in SAP.
? Generates all tracking and analysis reports for demand, capacity and orders as required/requested.
