Job Title Project Management Engineer
Company - Division Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. - CDMA Technology
Job Area Engineering - Hardware
Location China - Wuxi
Job Overview 1.Lead team to develop new technology and report at monthly project review meeting with review board.
2.Perform activities for the development, characterization, and implementation of new processes and materials into production
3.Lead team to define processes and equipment requirements and specifications used in the manufacture fabrication and evaluation of Modules.
4.Conduct experiments, compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for processes and material specifications and determine process capabilities.
5.Review product requirements with product designers to ensure compatibility with processing and testing method with design goals.
6.Lead projects to improve current processes for quality improvement, better reliability or lower cost.
Minimum Qualifications 1. Have strong leadership qualities and be able to drive project teams in ensuring set time line, cost and quality expectation are met.
2. Efficient communication in English
3. Possess experience in assembly process (DB/WB) and project management.
4. Familiar with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Possess good statistics and computer modeling knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications 1.BGA/LGA package or SIP module related experience is prefer .
2. Lean Six Sigma concepts, expert capability of data analysis.
Education Requirements Bachelor degree and above in Electrical/Electronics/Materials/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 or more years of applicable experience;
