1、一年以上的设计工作经验，根据项目的要求确定插画、漫画风格并绘制，对整体绘图有自己的审美理念和表现力；具深厚的美术功底及良好的创意构思能力，熟练使用数位板
2、有自己独特的风格，在确定风格的基础上，能根据项目需求进行创意性发挥，适应"职业、健康、安全"场景的主题
3、善于协作与沟通，有高度的责任心和良好的职业道德
