职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Manages and directs all manufacturing engineering Dept. activities to ensure completion of NPI projects requirements.
管理及指挥工艺工程部，确保完成研发新品项目 导入的工作需求。
2.Assesses performance indicators, and takes appropriate actions, to ensure projects schedule, capacity, and manufacturing capability are met customer requirement.
设定绩效指标并采取适当行动计划，保证专案进度、产能、制程能力可以符合客户要求。
3.Provides leadership and commitment in support production department of continuing improvements in manufacturing process.
对于制成的持续改善，给生产单位提供领导方向及支持。
4.Assure the equipments set up are met the standard EHS policies.
确保设备的设置符合EHS 要求。
5.Evaluates operational performance of the group in order to facilitate performance management, merit promotions, job transfers, dismissals, commendations, etc.
评估组织的绩效管理，处理晋升、工作调整、奖惩及表扬等….。
6.Develops budgets and resource plans, and monitors performance, to achieve schedule on time.
展开预算及资源运用计划，监控绩效状况达成准时完成专案的目标。
7.Plan capacity increase planning to meet customer’s requirement.
展开产能提升计划以满足客户的要求。

Qualifications

1.Knowledge of Management Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction concepts and tool sets as they relate to process improvement.
管理工业工程及精益生产的专业知识，工具设计及制程改善的概念
2.Thorough Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.
熟悉制造的技术与原理。
3.Ability to direct and lead cross-functional process improvement teams
领导及指挥多功能改善团队能力。
4.Ability to lead and manage evaluate the new production technical and equipment introduce to plant.
有指导及管理评估及导入新生产技术及设备的能力
5.More than five years relevant manufacturing engineering management work experience.
五年以上工程单位管理相关工作经验。
6.Bachelor degree or above education level.
本科以上学历,工业工程相关专业
