Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field is required.

- Over five years experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles; familiar with US GAAP, PRC GAAP, PRC Tax, PRC financial & commercial practices;

- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems;

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis;

- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects;

- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings;

- Strong team player, fit with Boston-Power's culture and management team;

- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;

- Fluent in Chinese, highly proficient in English;
