Job Description:
*Recruitment
-Work closely with hiring manager on job requirement ,expectation and candidate selection process to ensure the right candidate is recruited
-Conduct competency based candidate interviews, such as face to face, group interview, tel/video interview
-Work with retail to set up new store opening project plan to understand local market and manpower in using most effective channels
-Establish and maintain candidate data base, develop a talent pool of qualified candidates
-Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey ( interview, reference check, offering, onboard process)
*Employment relation
-Follow whole employment cycle, secure store staff onboard process, orientation training, probation review, contract extension, exit process, and internal transfer, etc
- Assist HRBP to deal with store ER case ( including warning letter, staff PIP, staff dispute, contract termination)
- Assist on various HR issues such as staff developmet, engagement, activities
*Report and Analysis
-Fulfil various recruitment reports in accurate and timely way ( Weekly hiring report, recruitment tracking report required by Kering, movement report by globle)
-Provide necessary data analysis to current recruitment quality and eventually lead to further improvement
-Routine maintenance corporate recruitment system TALEO as well internal referral application in 360 internal website
*ad-hoc tasks assigned by HRBP
