职位描述：
Responsibilities 工作职责
Conduct daily recruiting operations, including but not limited to screening CV, arranging interview, preparing offer, and onboarding arrangement
完成日常招聘，包括但不限于筛选简历，安排面试，offer准备和入职安排
Communicate with internal departments, like Finance, admin, IT, to make preparations for the new employees’ on-boarding;
与内部其他部门沟通，如财务，行政，IT,为新员工入职做准备；
Follow up new employee’s materials’ collection and update information onto HR System on time;
跟进新员工入职材料收集，并及时更新到HR系统；
Responsible for employee probation review follow up, contract renewal, exit procedure;
负责员工试用期评估跟进, 合同续签，离职手续办理；
Provide HR support to employees, like providing materials for employees’ to apply resident permit, local Hukou, and etc
为员工提供人力资源支持，如为员工居住证积分，申请落户等
Participate in and assist in various recruiting projects, like campus recruitment etc.;
参与和协助各种招聘项目，如校园招聘等；
Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager;
执行上级领导分配的其他任务；

Requirements 要求
Bachelor and above degree;
本科及以上学历；
1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources, among which at least 1 year in recruiting function
1-2年人力资源经验，其中至少1年招聘经验；
Good Excel & PPT skill;
具备熟练使用excel及PPT能力；
Familiar with China local government regulations related to HR fields;
熟悉中国政府与HR相关的政策法规；
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
良好的沟通和人际交往能力；
Good command of both oral and written English；
具备良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力；
Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety
