职位描述：
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Study feasibility and prepare quotations for new project inquiries.
2. Plan and execute projects according to process meeting dead-lines, quality and cost requirements.
3. Communicate project specifications with all team members and stakeholders.
4. Manage day-to-day activities across the project team and other stakeholders.
5. Communicate closely with customers to satisfy expectations.
6. Solve and track problems pro-actively with all stakeholders and escalate major issues in a timely manner.
7. Initiate and manage reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, correct documentation and manufacturability.
8. Facilitate team and client meetings structured and effectively.
9. Report to customers and management on progress, activities and major issues using clear and structured presentations.
10. Work with other areas of the organization to identify synergies that can be leveraged from a development or sales standpoint.
11. Review and recommend change to all systems, policies and procedures as required to enhance the mission of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree / Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Manufacturing or a related discipline, from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Formal training in project management methodologies and techniques.
Technical understanding of electronic design and manufacturing processes.
Engineering background with electronics/mechanics or a similar degree.
3 - 5 years of engineering work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Commercial acumen and understanding with a strong customer service orientation.
Excellent PC skills and proficient user of all MS Office software packages.
Experience in project management.
Good knowledge of Costings and ERP concepts. Kingdee system knowledge is advantage.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, particularly related to project management and reporting. Good self-presentation on the telephone when dealing with customer accounts.
Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
Good problem solving capabilities.
Good organization skills, time management skills, and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Self-motivated and results driven, a good team player, initiative, integrity.
Detail focused professional.
Team player with the ability to interact effectively cross-functionally with all teams
Familiarity with ISO/QS 9000 and TS16949 standards, their application and the importance of quality certification to customers.
Proficient in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma would be an asset. 举报 分享
