职位描述：
Skip Hop is a modern, growing lifestyle brand for infants and parents, with worldwide reach and offices in New York, Shenzhen and UK.


Responsibility:

1. Review juvenile products according to safety and company quality requirements during design stage.

2. Identify safety issues and anticipate possible risks at develop strategy to mitigate risk to acceptable level.

3. Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure products can pass safety and quality testing requirements.

4. Able to draft checklist for QA testing and QC inspection.

5. Ensure Suppliers understand and comply with quality procedures, and monitor performance by site visiting and quantitative measures

6. Lead suppliers to improve their quality system and performance by audit factories, including traceability of materials and components.

7. Make preventative action plans for frequent quality problems, and drive root cause analysis and corrective / preventive measures.

8. Coordinate to investigate and monitor customer complaints and report corrective / preventive actions.




Requirements:

1. At least 5 years’ experience as a QA engineer in Juvenile products field, familiar with juvenile product requirements, like ASTM and EN standards for high chair, playard, travel crib, changing pad, Activity center, play enclosure, etc.

2. Strong English skills, written and oral

3. Knows ISO9001 quality system and prefer have factory audit experience.

4. Experience in toy products will be a big plus

5. Experience with both soft goods and hard goods will be a big plus
