职位描述：
1. POSITION TITLE
Admin Clerk

2. OBJECTIVE
? Give all visitors a first impression of an outstanding company
? Assist in building a high profile for competent Administration function

3. RESPONSIBILITIES
? To take charge of Telephone Switchboard operation
? To receive and guide the visitors
? To handle the incoming and outgoing mails/faxes/parcels
? To keep the office tidy and maintain the plant
? To control the office stationery, equipment and necessities
? Other assignments as instructed by the immediate supervisor

4. MAIN TASKS
? To answer and transfer telephone calls professionally and precisely
? To welcome all visitors and be responsible for that all visitors are registered in the reception
? To take messages when the person being called can not be reached at the moment and inform the person about the calls/messages
? To inform the employee about visitors
? To inform the visitors about staff’s absence and contact information when they are outside the office
? To keep a full set of local telephone directories as well as telephone numbers and addresses to different WKI offices
? To keep the WKI Staff Contact List updated
? To be responsible for handling outgoing and incoming mails/faxes/parcels
? To co-ordinate the transportation for the employees on business trip
? To book guest lunch and beverage
? To order necessities for office
? To contact appropriate people when any of the office facilities / equipment malfunctions

5. JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Fluent in Mandarin
? Good English
? Experience of similar work from foreign companies
? Professional, pleasant and polite
? Flexible and good communication skill
? Good initiative
